From small trees apples grow!

 

The Darling Buds of Sutterton Fourfields
 
Continuing along our sustainable quest Sutterton Fourfields now has an orchard. Seven trees were planted in all, one for each year group. The youngest and oldest child from each year group, were selected to plant the young apple and pear trees and they made a fantastic job of it – although it did result in slightly muddy shoes! As spring arrives keep an eye out for the blossom.
